After months of rumors, Yahoo has finally officially acquired MyBlogLog. MyBlogLog is an addon that users can add to their blogs that displays which MyBlogLog members read that blog. It’s sort of social networking for blogs. The acquisition was announced this morning. TechCrunch reported rumors of the sale price being somewhere between $10 and $12 million.

This is great news for the MyBlogLog team (enjoy your new yachts fellas) and good news for Yahoo who now has another solid asset under their belts.
