I’m not sure whether this is new or not, but I just noticed that Alexa is trying to push users to purchase t-shirts when checking out my Alexa rank. They are quite possibly the dorkiest shirts I’ve ever seen in my life. Here’s one that made me giggle:

They have a couple different pre-made designs to choose from varying from the classic “x% of users visit my site” to the edgy “Will dance for a better Alexa rank”. All of them also include by default a sneaky Alexa logo on the back. You can edit all of the elements to create custom t-shirts which kind of takes away from the idea in my opinion. They’re using Zazzle which is a pretty nifty little t-shirt creating tool. I wonder if they cut a deal with them or if it’s just convenience?
In any case, although this is kind of a nifty little idea, I can’t imagine it ever being a main revenue generator for Alexa. I know I personally will have to punch anyone wearing one of these shirts in the face. It’s just way too lame to go unpunished.

Great find, I haven’t seen these before either.
[...] Those of you who read Matt Coddingtons’ Net Business Blog have probably read his post about the dorkiest t-shirts ever! [...]
They’re not dorky – the tapered sleeves w/ blue band encircle & accentuate the wearer’s biceps thus promoting an image of power and dominance.
ok – so I tried.
The shirts are pretty lame but just based on the number of visitors alexa gets, they should be able to convert a decent amount of people.
Hello Everyone,
I am a golfer myself and I like to play whenever I get a chance.
A short while ago, a very good friend of mine told me about a great golfing equipment and accessories website that has discounted prices on all their products, same day shipping in most cases and there is no state sales tax, they are paying that.
So if any golfer here is ready to save some money on quality products at highly discounted prices, you might want to check out their site at; http://hoffmangolf.com
