		<description>Sounds like a good approach, which becomes more effective if you publish at least 3 of your own posts for every guest post. Otherwise, your own fans might miss you too much. :-)

I've seen blogs which later allowed guest posts, and which receive comments from the blog's visitors that went along the lines of: "I wish I could read more of *your* posts..."</description>
