Review: SubmitEdge.com

I have spoken about SubmitEdge in my Case Studies so it was nice they contacted me to give a full overview of the services they offer.

Having used them I can whole heartedly say they were very pleasent to deal with, concise and did exactly what I paid for. I cannot ask for anything more really. I will always outsource my off page Search Engine Optimisation roles so I’m sure to be using SubmiteEgde a lot more in the future.

The first thing you see when hitting SubmitEgde’s main page is SubmitEdge is Ethical Search Engine Optimisation. Straight away I like the sound of that from a business point of view, and It sets me at ease and tells me something of how they treat their customers from the outstart. They started out in 2007 and already have completed work for over 4700+ websites/online businesses.

SubmitEdge

What SubmitEdge offer:

Directory Submission
Article Submission
Social Bookmarking
Search Engine Submission
DMOZ Listing

Other Search Engine Optimisation Services:

Search Engine Optimisation
XHTML Validation
Rank Tracking
PPC Management
SEO Web Design

We all know how tedious directory submission is but what an important roll it plays in marketing your website online – SubmiteEdge take that job away for you letting you get on with other important tasks of running your online business.

Directory Submission –

SubmitEdge manually submit to all directories (no automated software). Their 23 staff members are all well trained to follow submission guidelines. The links are all one-way permanent links for and not reciprocal.

* They constantly, review, verify and update all the links on their 950+ directories.
* They provide excellent customer service. All queries will be answered within 24 hours.
* They give a full report on your submission.
* They submit your site to directories with high PR rank.

Each submission to a directory will cost 8 cents, their directory submits are among the most competitively-priced on the internet. $60 will get you nearly 750 directories.

They also allow their users to give ten unique titles and ten unique description to avoid duplication of content.

You can test their services out for as little as $15 which would get you 100 Directory Submissions. The Package is designed to submit your site to 100 High PR Directories and you’ve choice of ten unique anchor titles & ten unique Description. This is a limited offer at the moment.

To test their service I used their Article Submission service and I was very happy with the quality of the Article and the directories it was submitted too. At $35 you get their 100 Article Submission Service with a free 500 word Unique Article. Read more about Article Submission.

The next service I will be using will be their “Complete Link Building Service” which is great for new and older online businesses. I will be using it for a new eCommerce Store I am currently building.

Complete Link Building Solution –

This will start and improve its search engine ranking and build all important one-way links. This package includes directory submission, article submission, social bookmarking, DMOZ submission, and search engine submission. This leave’s me to get on with building the store and other marketing that I actually enjoy doing…like Pay Per Click.

You are given access to your own admin area where you can see the status of your order and when it will be completed. This really adds to the customer service/support which I really liked with SubmitEdge.

The Platinum service is well worth it at $299 in my opinion and will start the fundementals going in your marketing strategy online. Building links and writing Articles is something you need to do weekly and this will get you started at a very reasonable cost. Even for older sites I would look at paying for this package monthly.

To sum up I have had a great experience using SubmitEdge and I’m sure to keep them as a partnership I will use for years to come I hope.

I do highly recommend this service. Go and bookmark them and keep them in your outsource folder >>>> SubmitEdge.com

Happy to hear the good review of SubmitEdge. I have also tried Submit2Please and found them to have better communication and the results were better.

I had two domains, and tried both SubmitEdge and Submit2Please for similar services. SubmitEdge saw an increase of 300 backlinks and Submit2Please resulted in nearly 1000 for the same financial investment. I know quantity is not everything but it probably is with regards to directories.

Anyway, give them a try to see what you think.

It is surprising that you do not have time to respond to us and give us specifics. But you have enough time posting negative comments on blogs.

P.S.: I seriously doubt this to be a case of negative blog commenting for competitive advantage! I have heard of it in past, but experiencing it for the first time.

I couldn’t agree more! I usually take care of the design and on-page optimization and outsource the off-page. I’m using submitedge and I’m very happy with the results so far. I particularly like their reports.

I’ve a html form builder maker site, which i launched in 2007 feb. I used Submitedge services in Sept. 2007 and since Nov. my site started improving rank in SE and than now I’m in top 10 for almost all major keyword, my Jan. earning from natural search engine ranking is $464 which I never had before. My opinion is once you use there service you’ve to wait for few months for ranking to show up, its not instant phenomenon. I used there platinum package with guaranteed directory listing. I made sure all my keyphrases are in title of directory submission and Article submission. I used different combination approx. 20 of them.

These are few of the keywords for which I rank in top 10 –
Free form builder
web form builder
html form builder
online form builder

Submit Edge is a great service which I have used multiple times over the past year for multiple websites.

Like many others, I own/webmaster 10+ websites and it can be very difficult to juggle off-site SEO for all of them. In fact, it can quickly become a time management nightmare.

So in recent months I’ve decided to take a more hands off approach and outsource much of the directory and social bookmarking aspects, while I focus on the often more technical on-site SEO, SEM, social networking, and link building techniques.

This has worked out very well for me, freeing up hours of time at minimal cost so that I can move on to more pressing matters – while still knowing that off-site SEO is still progressing well.

I highly recommend both SubmitEdge and Submit2Please.

My experience with submit2please has been a negative one, I was promised a submission of 150 directories (for 49 dollars) out of which some where obviously to be rejected, but the majority would go through not only this but u are also promised a submission service to high ranked directories. So I accepted!,

However it has now been nearly 2 months since the submission took place and I have had 26 confirmations out of which12 of the links to the directories don?t even work. ?Web page not found!? Surprisingly the ones that have confirmed so far are of low page rank and of little relevance to my site.

Once you create an account with these guys u get assessed a project/account manager for all queries and doubts, I have tried contacting this person twice but no response, I was also promised a report at the end of the submission service but some how, this has yet to reach my inbox. I sent them another email a week ago, asking for the report but I have yet to get a response, so as u may understand I have finally lost my patience which is why I am warning other users to be aware of this so called professional service,

Hello Yan,

I am from Submit2Please.com. I have seen that you have been posting negative comments about us in some forums. So I think it is best to clarify things in public. I tried it on another forum, but you never responded back. So here I ask you again.

Please post the project detail that you contracted and I promise not only a 100% refund but a compensation of five times the project value if your claims are proved!

Also, the claim that it is difficult to contact the company is difficult is baseless. I, myself being a CEO am available for my clients on my mobile around the clock. Besides this our guys respond back within 24 hours during a working day.

But, yes, if we have made a mistake and you can put specifics to me at talash@indusnet.co.in, my promise stands!

Regards
Abhishek

Why don’t you publish my comments? Is this page control by the Submitedge people?
I want to point out that their links are not permanent! from one day to another your site becomes removed from the sites they originally subscribed you. Second they do not send your site to as many directories as they said they would. I purchased the 750 directories package and less than 300 contacted me with the submission form. From those 300 less than 200 added my site for like a month or so! Be careful when hiring this company! it is scam!

Unfortunately 750 directory submissions never equals anything near 750 approved listings.

Sounds very cost effective if you get 750 actual listings. Has anyone had any return on it?

Thank you so much for the review. I saw this review 3 months back and bought submitedge advanced link building package. Now my site gets a traffic of 10000 visitors every day. Also my site ranks high for very competitive keyword like “free icons”.

I gone through all the offers by submit edge, the way they do site off page optimization ( 70% SEO) is recommended by SEO Professionals.
I found them taking in view the Google sandbox effect. And they follow the safe line of link limits for a specific period.
So I recommenced to try one of their offers, with least package amount. To figure out really what they can do in actual.

Hii All,

Not sure how to get good feedbacks from these two submitedge and submit2please.

I have used both companies and both are not good in communication and their service. i bought 300 directory submissions from both companies for my 2 sites and each time i got about 40-50 emails and when i asked about this issue they never replied :( Then one of my friend suggest me new name http://www.RobinGupta.Com company, i mailed robingupta and got answer in 10 minutes after a long conversation i placed a trail order of 300 submissions and they complete it in 2 days and surprise to see emails > i got 232 mails in my 300 submissions order so isn’t it quality ? approval rate was high (got about 76 approvals with in 12 days of order).

Now i am using RobinGupta.Com service regularly and really happy each time because each time you will get better work then preious with robingupta.com also i start a big deal with robingupta.com for one way link building.

Guys not sure what you get from submitedge & submit2please but i really got scam by both companies but i learn a lesson from this and now happy with robin services.

I used Submit Edge for a small job, social bookmarking to give them a test drive. I found numerous mistakes such as typos in the link urls, typos in the titles. I brought this to their attention, and they sent me a copy of their report they supply after they complete a job. I already had one. So I emailed them again, using their contact form, and I explained I required some changes to titles and urls that had errors, this time, I said please do not send me another report; I already have the report. Please address the issue. They sent me another report and completely ignored me and never acknowledged one word I asked them.

They advertise that they respond in 24 hours, but they will not address your questions directly. You get what you, no questions asked after is the message I received. I got the message after the 3rd report was sent. They ain’t responding.

Due to the number of customers I\\\’m now getting, I also need to outsource my link building fairly soon.

After reading most of the comments here, I\\\’m still confused on who to use! Submitedge certain has a very good Google rating and their services seems to fit the bill. Especially their \\\’Guaranteed and Permanent Links from 400 Directories\\\’…seems better than the 750 submission but not guaranteed.

Anyone have any real thoughts on this (no more adverts from other seo firms please!!).
