Once you have established your knowledge base and possibly have the disposable income to gain even more, then I would suggest trying something like this out. You will probably be overcome with information and then suffer the infomas "information overload" which will have you not knowing where to start... Your airare, hotel, food and a conference could be $3,000 and you still don't have the tools or the ability to watch a videos more than once afterward. But it will be interesting to see how many more videos are added at what intervals and does the information stay up to date in an ever changing field.
