Look at my website I got PR3 on the index and PR2 on most of my pages just by linking a few on blogs. I have not spent more than one hour to get to this level. Google gave my website that PR rank within a month

I did a bit of reverse engineering of his own website (he gives it in his promotional material) before I would buy googlesnatch and found out by myself about the keyword structure of his method. With a few other things I found out I won’t buy the book. I have enough. Gurus don’t give their own niche website for you to reverse engineer. That is a bit mistake.

Good review. Well balanced and informative. Nice change from the affiliate-driven hype going around. I agree with the points you raised. I found GN a big disappointment. For $97, I expected some cutting-edge info, as the sales page promised. It didn’t deliver. Instead I got SEO techniques which have been around for years.

Save your money.

Good question. He didn’t talk much about anchor text. When he did, it was mostly referring to varying your anchor text using the keyword variations and related terms.

Neither seo book is not one of those what you would call a good seo book ? Oh well, in that case you a hard-to-satisfy guy ;)

Anyway if I get the time I will give them a try and see whats cookin’ , of course when SEO is in discussion many books will look a like but the difference is how the author places in acts the techniques which would be a really valuable information.

mmmmm….maybe give this a miss then. I don’t think anyone has created a really great SEO book yet. Atleast I haven’t seen it anyway..
