I think the point about becoming a guest blogger is KEY (especially for us new bloggers). In the beginning, it is important to give give give and get your writing style/advise “out there”. I have done several guest posts and even though I feel like I am giving away some of my best stuff…it has been very useful to make a name for myself!

Promotion through social media is key right now. I get most of my traffic through different social media sites. It definitely helps. With so many outlets, it would be wrong not to take advantage of them.
