		<description>I'm not a designer but what you say seems to make sense.  I don't like black-based designs as much as white-based designs.    It takes a really good designer to come up with a good-looking black-based design.  By the way, are you a freelance designer?</description>

		<description>Packaging and presentation are definitely crucial. In my opinion, one of the biggest things in creating that package is color, which I guess comes under the design part of it.  I have seen so many websites that have many bright flashy colors all over the page and I am immediately put off.  Being conscious of what colors are reader-friendly is really crucial.  A white base always works! The most popular websites have a white and black scheme with other colors not really being the dominant pieces but being additional enhancements.
