One of the best business/motivation books I’ve probably read is “How to Think and Grow Rich” I mention this because it focuses around the premise of Modelling the Success of others. When I started reading it that didn’t sink in at first.
I do believe in that if you want to be successfull a good place to start at least at first, is to model the strategies of those whom are already successful.
This way, you can soak every piece of information up and use it to your advantage quicker than it might take you if you were to start from scratch. In Web copywriting the best way to become a Successful Copywriter is to select a website or sales page that you like and you know is producing sales. Simple really…well yes and no.

I’m no expert in this, but I have studied sales pages and written a few myself. I would use this technique myself mainly to help get the job done quickly as I really do hate writing. Copy your favourite sales page out (Completely) replacing it with your own words. This way you can pick up the style of how its written and on the way learn valuable writing skills. Its a Free Blue Print that has been given to you and all you do is add your own words to make it unique to you.
I do not welcome plagiarism and I am in no-way stating you do this verbatim. I am merely implying you copy a winning formula. Look for where they tell the story to the visitor and then sell the benefits while keeping them on the page ready for the end of the page when they give them the BUY now or lose forever button. This stuff works.
If you sit down and do this it will take you no more than five hours I promise, and as you do it you will immediatly start to learn how to flow your words and use the correct phrases and really get into the mind of your buying public.
Maybe I should build a product and put myself to this test as I feel my writing skills are getting better and better daily because of this blog. We’ll see…

Yup – It’s all in the psyche. Though one should not overdo it.
Nice tip.
Yep, an old book, but the advice is true as ever.
yep that definitelly true. thx
You are right. Always refer to the expert in copywriting. Easiest way to learn from them.
By the way, do you have any good recommendation on sales copy which u used? I want to learn from you too.
Thanks.

One can definitely learn a thing or two from great sales pages, written by people who know what they’re doing, I couldn’t agree more.
